Changeout Radar runs this website, changeoutradar.com, and sells lead lists by zip or county to HVAC, roofing, window cleaning, pest control and life insurance businesses. This policy covers the website, its forms and checkout.
What we collect
- When you order: the name of your business, your name, your email, your phone if you add it, and the zips you picked.
- When you ask us to add an area: the zip, your email and, if you add it, the name of your business.
- When you pay: Stripe collects your card details on its own checkout page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us your name, email, the zips and whether the payment went through.
- When you visit: Netlify, which hosts the site, logs standard request details such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, to run and protect the site.
What stays in your browser
The site saves the zips in your order in your browser's local storage. When you start checkout, it also saves the business, name, email and phone you entered, so you don't have to type them again next time. The demo saves your filters the same way. This stays on your device. To remove it, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use ads, analytics, tracking pixels or cookies of our own. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud. The live demo loads its font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
Because we don't track you across sites, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals don't change anything here.
How we use it
To set up your login, bill you, answer your questions, check areas you ask about and tell you about your account. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for ads.
Who handles it
Netlify (hosting and forms), Stripe (payments) and Google (our email), only so they can do that work for us. We'd also share information if the law required it.
Your choices
Email evancolecutlip@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you. We'll reply within 30 days. We may keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
