In Orlando, size is how many homes in the zip have no roof permit in 15 or more years, and every zip is the small size so far. In Boone, where North Carolina keeps no re-roof records, a zip is sized by its homes 15 or more years since built or remodeled: $300 to $900 a quarter. All of Watauga County is $1,500, less than its zips added up.

Questions before you buy

Do I get phone numbers?

Yes. Press Get contact on any home and we look up the current owner's phone numbers and email. If the records only turn up a past owner, you get nothing instead of the wrong person's number. Your team gets 500 lookups per zip each quarter, and a lookup that finds nobody doesn't count. Numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry come marked, with the rule for when you may call them, and numbers tied to people known for suing over sales calls are left out. Don't cold text.

Where does the data come from?

Public building permits and county property records, matched to each home and checked for errors. We refresh it every month, and your list shows the date of the last update.

Can I buy the same area for two trades?

Yes. Each trade is sold separately, so an HVAC zip and a window cleaning county that covers it are two items on your order, and they count toward 5 for 4. The same county can be held by one window cleaner, one life insurance agent and one pest control company at the same time.

Should I buy one zip or a whole county?

In window cleaning, life insurance, pest control and Boone roofing you can start with one zip: $300, $500 or $900 a quarter, by how busy it is. A whole county always costs less than its zips added up, and nobody else in that trade gets what you hold.

Can I start with a zip and move up to the county?

Yes. Email us when you want the whole county and we switch you over, so the zips stop billing when the county starts and you never pay for both.
